The service

iSwim is a SaaS service for timing recruitment meets and unsanctioned swim meets. The service is provided "as is" — we make no guarantee it is bug-free or fits every meet. iSwim is NOT approved for sanctioned competitions that require touch-pad timing.

The club's responsibility

The club is responsible for instructing volunteers, providing working equipment, and obtaining swimmer/guardian consent before the meet. iSwim provides the platform, not the timers.

Payment

The annual subscription is invoiced at start. There is no auto-renewal in v1; the club is notified before the subscription expires and can renew manually. Invoices are sent by email; payment terms are 14 days. During the pilot phase, use is free in exchange for feedback.

Termination

You can terminate at any time by emailing admin@iswim.no. On request, your data is exported and deleted within 30 days, with the exception of historical results, which are de-identified to preserve meet integrity.
