What we process

First name, last name, birth date, sex, club affiliation, event entries and recorded times. No addresses, phone numbers or national ID numbers. For club admins and operators we additionally process name and email for sign-in.

Where it's stored

All data is stored in the EU. The Postgres database runs on Neon in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). The realtime service runs on Azure Container Apps in Sweden Central. We do not use Google Analytics or any tracker outside the EU.

Who's responsible

The club hosting the meet is the data controller for its swimmers. iSwim is the data processor. A Norwegian-language data processing agreement (DPA) is signed between iSwim and every paying club before production use.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of data about you. Email your club or contact us directly at dpo@iswim.no. Results are kept for 2 years by default and can be deleted on request.
